Ice cream and animal noises

A bit earlier than usual, but there were a few things that happened over the past few days that I wanted to share.

Yesterday Grady and I took the bus downtown for Sand in the City.

This is an annual event to benefit a charity where they cart tons of sand into Pioneer Courthouse Square, people make sand sculptures, and there are lots of kid friendly activities.  We didn't time it quite right (just missed Mr. Lizard's lizard showcase) but Grady did get to play in the sand a bit.

However, the highlight was Grady's first ice cream cone.  Here are some shots, and then you can get a sample of Grady's "NO" when I tried to take the cone away to stop the drips!

Obviously, he was quite a fan! 

I also wanted to include this video of Grady oinking, neighing, and barking along to his farm animal book.

Tomorrow we are getting family pictures done by a photographer.  I will share any photos that are worth sharing!
